Join me in a bit of a thunderstorm for this week's video in The Living Word series. The story this week explores the spiritual tension that exists between what is of God, and true, and what is evil and deceptive. We understand how this plays out in a story which takes us from the anointing of a little-regarded youth who was to become Israel's most renowned king, through Jesus restoring the sight of a man born blind and how that stirred up bitter controversy among the religious establishment, to an exhortation for contemporary Jesus followers not to mix and match what is of the light and what is of darkness.
It's based on these Bible readings which are the ones set for March 19 in the interdenominational scheme used by churches and chapels.
